Trio House Press

Since 2023, the nonprofit publisher Trio House Press has been based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. From 2012 - 2022, Trio House Press operated out of Florida. Since we moved to Minnesota in 2023, we have committed to grow the press by increasing the number of titles we publish in both poetry and creative nonfiction. In addition to publishing authors from all over the world, we are also committed to supporting our local Minnesota literary community by regularly publishing Minnesota authors like Heid E. Erdrich, Renee Gilmore, Anthony Ceballos, Matt Mauch, and Jennifer Manthey.

We have big plans for 2026, and we need your support to make them happen!

* We plan to acquire Red Dragonfly Press, which for 20 years, under the leadership of Scott King, published books, chapbooks and broadsides by many renowned poets from Minnesota, including Minnesota Poet Laureate Joyce Sutphen, Robert Hedin, Phil Dacey, and John Calvin Rezmerski, among others. Trio House Press will keep many Red Dragonfly books in print under its new imprint, Red Dragonfly, and will launch new books focused on ecological, rural, and conservationist themes under that imprint.
