PROBLEM

Prepare to be stunned by these sobering facts. This crisis is happening right now

     - Every month, an estimated 27,000 Veterans with PTSD leave addiction treatment facilities with little to no plan to help them with their PTSD symptoms

     - Tragically, every day 14-22 Veterans commit suicide, most of whom are suffering from both PTSD and addiction challenges

These are not just numbers; they are real people, husbands, wives, mothers, fathers, sons, and daughters. Most shocking of all, there are ZERO all-military sober homes in the U.S. that address both PTSD and addiction. We must act now to address this gaping hole in our healthcare system.

SOLUTION

Bravo Zulu House will be THE FIRST, all-military sober living facility exclusively focused on the unique needs of our veterans suffering from PTSD. We are declaring war on PTSD and will become a critical resource to stem the tide of Veteran suicide. We’re raising funds to build:

  • ADA Compliant Home with lift and wheelchair accessible rooms
  • World-Class Kennel for a Canine Therapy Program
  • Hydroponic Farming Operation for sustainability and dignified jobs

CANINE THERAPY PROGRAM

A mountain of anecdotal evidence and emerging research has shown that service dogs save lives and greatly improve the quality of life for Veterans with PTSD by reducing PTSD symptoms. Bravo Zulu House will match rescue dogs with each resident and train them to empower Veterans who fought for our freedom to live a life of dignity and independence.

FUNDING NEEDED

We are so grateful for the numerous corporate and personal donors that have helped us raise $1 million dollars thus far! With those funds, we have begun construction of a house that 13 Veterans will call home as they heal.

We are so close to our goal. We need $250,000 for the construction of the kennels for our Canine Therapy Program and the Hydroponic Farming Operation.
