Teens everywhere are uniquely impacted by hopelessness. The teen years are defined by a search for identity, belonging, and purpose. And when teens don’t have positive voices speaking truth into their lives and circumstances—if hopelessness takes root during these critical years—it can affect the trajectory of the rest of their lives.
TreeHouse offers safe, grace-based environments and one-on-one mentoring that help teens build resiliency, form healthy relationships, establish positive coping skills, and actively plan for their futures. Transformation happens from the inside out as teens come to believe they are lovable, capable, and worthwhile. Our vision is for every teen to be rooted in the living hope of Jesus—unleashing untold potential in communities everywhere.
Watch this short video that shows you a glimpse of the ongoing, everyday work it takes to end hopelessness. Whether they are giving van rides, having one-to-one conversations with teens, or sitting in a support group as teens encourage one another, TreeHouse staff, volunteers, and mentors walk alongside teens and show them that they matter.
