Minnetonka Band Boosters - Music makes a difference!

The Minnetonka Band Boosters are dedicated to the support and promotion of the entire band program in their pursuit of musical excellence at Minnetonka High School. Last year we achieved our goal to raise $20,000 for new tympani thanks to some very generous donors! This year we have a Give to the Max goal of $10,000, which will go to fund the various band programs.

Specific goals for 2026-27 include the following:

1. A Scholarship Fund to help pay for students who can't afford band camps and lessons. This will also fund having visiting artists come and work with instrument sections in group lessons. $5000

2.  Microphones for Jazz band. This will allow each instrument to be amplified and balanced for audio performances and recordings. We received a generous donation from the Booster Club for $3000, another $3000 is needed to reach the full amount. 

3. Funds to purchase a Five-Octave Marimba for use by Curricular Bands, Jazz Band and Marching Band: $20,000
