Every child deserves to belong. At This Is Me, we help youth impacted by foster care across Southern Minnesota build confidence, identity, and self-worth through mentorship, photography, and access to activities that make them feel seen and celebrated.

We’re proud to share that This Is Me was recently awarded a Youth Intervention Program (YIP) Grant from the State of Minnesota to expand our mentoring and identity-affirming programs across 32 counties. But—it’s a matching grant, meaning we must raise the matching funds to unlock the full award.
