The BrandLab

Together, we're opening the marketing and advertising profession to all voices and perspectives.

Build the bridge. Double the impact.

Every gift is matched this Give to the Max Day. Become a monthly Bridge Builder, and a full year of your giving is matched upfront: $25 a month becomes $600 in impact this year.

About The BrandLab

Marketing and advertising is stronger when it reflects the people it serves, but the representation gap isn’t closing. Young people from underrepresented communities still lack the access, exposure and support to enter, thrive and lead in the profession.

Our impact

For 17 years, The BrandLab has opened doors for thousands of young people through internships, mentorship, professional development and community. We also work alongside employers to build workplaces where talent doesn’t just arrive, but belongs, advances and thrives.

Why now

The talent is there: more than 200 young people applied for just 25 internship spots in 2026. With corporate giving less predictable, individual support matters more than ever.

What individual donors make possible

When you give to The BrandLab, you become a TBL Bridge Builder, joining a community of people who help young professionals bridge the gap between a first opportunity and a lasting career. Your gift:

📈 Sustains and grows our internship program

🤝 Provides mentorship from industry professionals

   🚀 Delivers career readiness resources

💙 Builds a professional community that stays with alumni long after the internship ends

Together, Bridge Builders believe the future of marketing and advertising should include everyone.

Give monthly. Get a full year matched.

Every gift is matched up to $10,000, and monthly gifts are matched for a full 12 months the day you sign up. At $50 a month, that’s $1,200 in impact this year.

One gift opens a door. A monthly gift builds the bridge.
