At The BrandLab, our mission is to open the marketing and advertising profession to all voices and perspectives.

The future of our profession depends on who we invest in today.

As the marketing and advertising profession continues to evolve, it’s never been more important to nurture the next generation of talent: young people who bring new perspectives, ideas, and energy to the work we do - That's what we're building through our flagship internship program.

This Give to the Max Day, we have the goal of raising $10,000 to ensure our interns get paid opportunities, professional coaching, and real career development.

We're facing headwinds, but with support from our community, we can keep providing the opportunities these emerging marketers need to thrive.

$10,000 will open opportunities for three summer interns in 2026!
