The Rescue Pack is a dedicated foster-based animal rescue organization helping local animals in need. This Give to the Max Day, we’re asking our community to step up and help us secure the stability we need to keep saving lives.

This year, our rescue is without a physical home. Without a facility, we’re relying on your support to cover rent and essential costs so our resources can continue going directly toward the animals — not overhead.

Animal rescue is unpredictable — some days it’s routine care, and other days it’s emergency surgeries and urgent intakes. Having a dependable community of recurring donors gives us the stability to say yes when animals need us most.

Your support keeps our mission alive and ensures that no animal is left behind. ❤️

The Stories of The Rescue Pack

As a non-profit rescue, our mission has always been about compassion — giving animals in desperate situations a second chance.

Having a rescue location once gave us the stability to save lives when it mattered most. Without it, many of these animals wouldn’t have made it. Because of that safe space — and supporters like you — they’re now thriving.

But today, our rescue is without a home. Without a physical space, our ability to care for animals is at risk. We urgently need your help to secure a new location so our funds can go back where they belong — saving lives, not covering rent.

These are just a few of the lives we were able to save when we had a place to call home. Imagine how many more we can rescue when we have one again. 🐾

Callie's Story

Callie is a sweet 3-year-old calico who’s had a tough start to life. Found wandering the streets, she was being fed by a kind-hearted Samaritan until one day she reappeared — dragging herself with no use of her back legs.

She was brought to us, and our vet discovered severe neurological damage and nerve atrophy. Callie is now undergoing nerve regeneration therapy in hopes of walking again — treatment made possible only through the generosity of donors like you.

Your support gives animals like Callie a true second chance. ❤️

Charlie Winker's Story

When Charlie first arrived, years of abuse had left him aggressive, fearful, and deeply distrustful. He couldn’t go into a foster home, so we kept him safe at our rescue.

With patience and care, Charlie began to trust again. After a long journey, he found his perfect forever home.

Without the rescue, Charlie would have had nowhere to go — but thanks to a safe space, he got his second chance at life. ❤️

Sunflower and Basil's Story

FIP — Feline Infectious Peritonitis — is a devastating disease that was once considered untreatable and almost always fatal in cats. Only recently has a treatment become available, offering hope where there once was none. But that hope comes with a high price.

Meet Basil and Sunflower, two brave cats who beat the odds against FIP. When the new, highly successful (but expensive) therapy became available, we knew we couldn’t let them die. Both began treatment around the same time, requiring multiple visits to our rescue — where all of our supplies, medications, and dedicated staff were ready to help.

After a challenging three-month journey, both Basil and Sunflower were officially declared cured — just in time to ring in the New Year. What a way to celebrate two incredible survivors. 💛

Cricket's Story

Cricket’s story is one you don’t forget. She was brought to us with both back legs broken after years of abuse. Our team sprang into action, and our vet determined she needed urgent orthopedic surgery.

Though surgery for a cat is expensive, we couldn’t let her suffer. After a successful operation, we used acupuncture to help ease her discomfort and support mobility.

While Cricket didn’t regain full use of her legs, she is now living a happy, full life — proof that with care, compassion, and community support, we can give animals a second chance. ❤️
