THE MINNEAPOLIS COMMUNITY AND TECHNICAL COLLEGE FOUNDATION INC

Support MCTC students in need Nov. 17!

The Minneapolis Community and Technical College (MCTC) Foundation has been a pillar of our community for nearly 40 years. We pride ourselves in offering financial assistance and educational support to students in need who attend MCTC, a public two-year college located on the edge of downtown Minneapolis.

The MCTC Foundation accomplishes its work thanks to the remarkable generosity of individual, community and business partners who enable us to help make dreams a reality for hundreds of our students each year. Students attending MCTC are preparing for high-demand jobs or for transfer into baccalaureate programs. Many of MCTC’s students use the skills and education they are acquiring in the Twin Cities and throughout Minnesota, contributing to the overall vitality of our communities.

Dollars raised during MCTC's 2016 Give to the Max Day campaign will support our Random Acts of Kindness grants which provide emergency needs for MCTC students who are experiencing financial crisis' to help ensure the education of the students remains uninterrupted. This may include books, school supplies, transportation, childcare — any expense that may prevent a student from continuing their education.

This year, you can increase your contribution because a generous MCTC Foundation donor has pledged to match dollar-for-dollar all donations up to $5,000.

Please give today—your gift helps us reach our mission of transforming lives through education! Thank you.
