Tri-County Community Action Partnership (TCCAP) is an anti-poverty Community Action Agency that works with families and individuals in need, helping them access public programs that can create stability, encouraging the family in creating goals and working toward them, and supporting the individual or family as they move toward self-sufficiency.

The Head Start: Prenatal to Five Program prepares low-income children for success in school and life while working with parents and caregivers to establish and work toward family goals. The Community Services Program helps individuals and families prepare their taxes, apply for health insurance, access public benefits, and seek emergency assistance that can help them through an urgent problem. The Weatherization Assistance Program helps low-income home owners update aging homes to improve energy efficiency and lower energy bills.

All TCCAP programs are aimed at helping individuals and families find stability through turbulent times while taking steps to become more self-sufficient.

Funds raised through Give to Max Day will enable TCCAP to raise funds for community and family engagement activities in Crow Wing, Todd, and Morrison Counties.
