Tri-County Community Action Partnership

Tri-County Community Action Partnership (TCCAP) is an anti-poverty Community Action Agency that works with families and individuals in need, helping them access public programs that can create stability, encouraging the family in creating goals and working toward them, and supporting the individual or family as they move toward self-sufficiency.  This is accomplished "Three-Fold": 

1) Head Start - Prenatal to Five Education Program:

• Prenatal education
• Early childhood developmental support and education
• Health and dental care
• Nutritional services
• Family education/strategies and support

2) Community Services:

• Emergency funding for housing, car repair/insurance, utilities, & food
• Community resource navigation for SNAP & MNsure 
• Self-employment start-up or expansion
• Transportation loan
• Tax preparations
• Household Budgeting Workshops 

3) Weatherization Program – improving the home’s energy cost & efficiency 

Low-income folks don’t always have the best in life; many experiencing extreme poverty and uncertainty in their home lives. TCCAP's team helps them find stability, health, growth, and ample community support. Investing in this group of folks means that you - regional, individual donors to TCCAP - have an opportunity to invest in the health and happiness of folks/families in need of a helping hand up.
