Facilitate and conduct Cultural, Educational, Social, Spiritual and Religious services in Greater Minnesota.

SV Center is a 501 (c) 3 religious and charitable non-profit organization established in the year 2009.

SV Center Provides a Spiritual and worshiping center known as Sri Venkateswara Temple (SV Temple) for Hindus in Mid west region of USA and is located very conveniently in the central location of Minneapolis and Saint Paul.  

We have Five Priests who provide Hindu Religious Services both at Temple and at homes based on the devotees request.  

SV Center invited Spiritual saint Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji , Sri Viswamji Garu , Sri Bandarkar garu  and many notable saints from India. Many questions on the Religion and faiths are answered. Every week Temple also provide a place for Bhagawad Geetha discourses.

      SV Center gives lot of Importance for Cultural Programs for all ages. For this purpose established a 5000 Square foot space with stage to perform various cultural events during the year. SV Center invites people of various talents to perform Carnatic musical program and also conduct competitions in various categories of Carnatic music. SV Center encourages local talents to perform on stage during various times of the year. SV Center invited various legends from India. Notable people in this category was Sri. Bala Murali Krishna and Singers  Sri SP Balasubramanyam, Sri Krishna, SP Sailaja, Kalpana , Dr. Pantula Rama, Dr. Medasani Mohan, Sri Parhasarathi Nemani and Sri Rama Chari

    SV Center provides many Social Services activities in the local community such as Heath Care Clinic and Health education by inviting physicians, People serving People, and help support fundraising for various organizations for a good cause. SV Center invited Former President of India Dr. Abdul Kalam to provide inspiration to all local organizations to bring Unity and work towards the goal of bringing low cost health care especially for the rural areas of India.

 SV Center also established a Weekend School  by Volunteers to help teach Children from ages 5 years and above. Classes include Languages of India ,  Understand Hindu culture and traditions,

Music and Slokas. During annual School event SV Center Students show their talents what they have learned during the year. SV Center invite a Guest speaker to inspire children on the importance of keeping up their traditions and learning their roots and to become a good citizen.

    Our Organization main goal is to help building good future for our children understanding the culture, belief and traditions.
