Mission

To lead collaboration and innovation in health care quality and safety, and serve as a trusted expert in facilitating improvement for people and communities.

Your donation will support programs which improve health and care for Stratis Health's priority populations: older adults, people living in rural places, people experiencing substance use disorders, and people experiencing health disparities.

Quality in action

Stratis Health has worked for more than 50 years to make lives better by designing and implementing improvement initiatives across the full continuum of health care and in communities.  We strengthen organizational capacity, re-design care, and build bridges between health care and communities.

As an independent, nonprofit organization, we focus on achieving sustainable change in health care quality and patient safety. We develop and implement initiatives and projects for clinical, organizational, and community change.  Our technical assistance and resources are designed to empower our clients to become knowledgeable about content and understand processes so they can successfully continue on the improvement path on their own. Stratis Health co-designs system changes that connect health care and community organizations to improve health, advances a safe and compassionate health care environment for those receiving and those providing care, and accelerates evidence-informed and culturally responsive care and services.

Our vision is for Stratis Health to be the collaborative force that builds capability across settings and services to accelerate improvement, demonstrate value, and further a health system that is safe, effective, timely, patient-centered, efficient, and equitable.
