Quality in action

Stratis Health has worked for more than 50 years to make lives better by designing and implementing improvement initiatives across the full continuum of health care and in communities.  We strengthen organizational capacity, re-design care, and build bridges between health care and communities.

As an independent, nonprofit organization, we focus on achieving sustainable change in health care quality and patient safety. We develop and implement initiatives and projects for clinical, organizational, and community change.  Our technical assistance and resources are designed to empower our clients to become knowledgeable about content and understand processes so they can successfully continue on the improvement path on their own. We work toward our mission through initiatives funded by diverse public (federal, state, and county) and private sources, including working to achieve national quality goals for Medicare.

Our vision is for Stratis Health to be the collaborative force that builds capability across settings and services to accelerate improvement, demonstrate value, and further a health system that is safe, effective, timely, patient-centered, efficient, and equitable.
