The Steger Center empowers leaders to unlock new solutions through innovation and bold discovery. 

HOW

Created by world-renowned leader, explorer, educator, author, entrepreneur, and climate advocate, Will Steger, the Center offers immersive, facilitated, programs, custom built to generate solutions specific to each organization's challenges and desired outcomes. Described as "the Camp David of the wilderness" and based on Will's real-world experiences, the Center's approach is rooted in three core principles: The Quiet Mind, The Explorer’s Mindset, and Collective Wisdom. Programs run for 5–7 days, and are led by experienced facilitators with knowledge of the groups attending. More can be found at our website.

  

 

We held our first ever leadership retreat at the Center in 2025. Based on the success of that event, we will be hosting four retreats in 2026.
