State of Grace Foundation

The State of Grace Foundation has a mission that no one is denied access to life-changing functional medicine treatment because of financial hardship.

We help individuals and families who need care from Synapse: Center for Health and Healing or similar functional medicine facilities but cannot afford the cost of treatment.

To accomplish our fundraising goals, The State of Grace Foundation hosts several fundraising events each year, including an online auction—where participants can bid on great items while supporting our mission—and our annual 5K, which brings the community together for a fun, active way to raise funds for the Foundation.

Our goal is simple: everyone deserves the chance to heal — regardless of their ability to pay.
