Stardust Farm

Stardust Farm is a non-profit dedicated to supporting the LGBTQIA+ community. Located in the Twin Cities East Metro, the organization seeks to build community and create spaces healing, as well as teach about fiber arts, conservation, and mental health.

This month we are celebrating our 1-year anniversary as an organization and we are excited about the work that we have already done as well as our plans moving forward. Over the last year we have connected with almost 500 individuals. We've hosted online books clubs and in-person community crafting events. We've tabled sensory tents (with bunnies!) at Pride festivals, given our hundreds of handmade "hugs" to members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and we mailed summer care packages to 50 LGBTQIA+ youth to help them feel connected. 

As we enter our second year as an organization, we are planning on continuing our current programming and expanding our services. We have had a lot of interest in the farm bringing more animals (like our alpaca Harvey Milk) to Pride events and increasing the accessibility of farming to the LGBTQIA+ community. Funds raised during Give to the Max will be helping us turn this dream into a reality.
