St. Peter Area Food Shelf (SPAFS)

At the St. Peter Area Food Shelf we provide food — and nourish hope, dignity, and connection for our neighbors in need. In this challenging year, we are seeing more neighbors coming to us for food and we are seeing rising food prices. Your financial support is needed! 

As a certified SuperShelf we are committed to providing access to healthy, nutritious food in a welcoming, inclusive environment. Our shelves are filled thanks to our partnerships with: 

• Second Harvest Heartland

• Retail Rescue (Kwik Trip - north and south, HyVee, Family Fresh, St. Peter Food Co-op and Deli)

• South Central MN Food Recovery Partnership

• Region Nine Economic Development Food Rescue

• Local community donations.

• AND the hundreds of hours of many caring volunteers. 

We are grateful to a community that ensures that no neighbors are hungry.
