St. Pascal Regional Catholic School

St. Pascal Regional Catholic School was formed in 2019 after decades of serving families of St. Pascal Baylon Parish. It became the fourth Ascension Catholic Academy school in July 2022. The school’s Belief Pillars are: Believe, Learn, Love, Connect. The school community is strong and united around these beliefs and practices.

It is the only Catholic school on the East Side of St. Paul and is located just north of Interstate Hwy. 94 at White Bear Ave. St. Pascal’s preschool is accredited and fully licensed. Preschool and pre-kindergarten are offered in separate classrooms, and classes are offered year-round.

No Scholar is Turned Away

We set our tuition well below our cost of educating each child. We work with families to make this transformational education affordable and available to all who desire it. Generous donors like you who support Catholic education provide 95 percent of our revenue, allowing us to provide financial aid grants to our scholars.

Individualized Learning Plans 

A national education blog cited St. Pascal Regional as a stellar example of post-pandemic learning recovery. Our math scores, which fell between fall 2019 and fall 2020, rose 15 percentage points in fall 2021 to return to pre-pandemic levels. A key factor was our early implementation and intensity of Individualized Learning Plans.

SLAM Summer Program

Scholars from all four Ascension Catholic Academy schools come together for Super Summer Language and Math (SLAM), a six-week program aimed at combating summer slide and providing a safe, enriching experience for scholars and peace of mind for their families.
