The St. Anthony Park Library Association supports our local branch of the St. Paul Library.

The St. Anthony Park Branch Library is a branch of the St. Paul Public Library. A Carnegie library built in 1917, it is on the National Register of Historic Places. The SAP Library Association is a Friends of the Library group that supports the local branch, helping to keep it one of the busiest and finest looking libraries in the St. Paul system.

Most of our budget supports the summer reading program, materials, equipment and other programs aimed at drawing in new readers. We also maintain the gardens and from time to time make capital improvements, such as the children's rotunda or more recently the garden and landscaping at the north entrance.
