Investing in Our Youth: Hope for the Future Campaign

Welcome to St. Andrew Lutheran Church in East Bethel where our mission is "Making Christ known and making a difference in the lives of people"

Please join St. Andrew Lutheran Church as we embark on our Hope for the Future Campaign: Investing in our youth.  Our goal is to support our youth ministry program to build faithful disciples of Jesus Christ.  Then he took a little child and put it among them; and taking it in his arms, he said to them, “Whoever welcomes one such child in my name welcomes me, and whoever welcomes me welcomes not me but the one who sent me.” Mark 9:36-37

During this campaign to support our youth we hope to:

• Provide local, national, and international mission trip opportunities to make a difference in our youth and in the lives of others.
• Attend youth events, summer bible camps, vacation bible school, confirmation retreats, and other faith formation activities to live out our calling in Christian community.
• Hire a staff member to focus on our children, youth, and family ministries.  
• Provide scholarships for our youth to attend seminary and live out their calling as God's children.
• Reach out to other youth in our community to spread the life-giving gospel of Jesus Christ.
• Create a safe place for youth to come to be healed, restored, and encouraged to live faithful lives centered in Christ.

We hope this becomes a community phenomenon where our campaign: Hope for the Future Campaign: Investing in our youth builds disciples of Jesus Christ throughout this community.  We hope that businesses and others who want to support the youth in our community will also get involved through donations and financial gifts.  

With your help, we will build faithful disciples of Christ and ensure the gospel of Jesus will be passed on to future generations.
