We have been looking forward to GTTM day all year. This year, our fundraising efforts have come to a screeching halt as in-person fundraising is non-existent. Our biggest fundraiser of the year, Brews for Barks, was put off until 2021 and we rely on that event yearly to help in our operational, vetting, and transportation costs of canine rescue. We are so grateful to our loyal supporters like you on this day to help us continue our mission.

This year, we have been working around the clock to take in more dogs than ever before. Right now, we are rescuing an average of 100 dogs each month. With more dogs, comes more vet costs, transportation costs, and overall supply costs.

We have seen more medical issues that ever before. We have treated dogs with heartworm, cancer, autoimmune disorders, and have conducted more surgeries than some of our earlier years combined. We need your support desperately to help continue our mission in saving and rescuing homeless dogs in need.

Spot's Last Stop Canine Rescue (SLS) is a 501c3, all breed dog rescue located in the Twin Cities. SLS matches local families with homeless canines in need of forever homes by following an adoption process that is easy and fair to adopt a homeless dog in need. Our rescue is comprised of a team of dedicated volunteers and fosters who support our mission to save rescue dogs with love and support. Our foster and volunteer networks are considered family and we all support and encourage one another while sharing the same passion of helping each dog saved to arrive safely to their forever homes.

If you have a specific request for where you would like your money to go (vaccinations, supplies, spay/neuters, etc), let us know and we will make it happen! The more donations we get, the more dogs we are able to take in!
