Southeastern Minnesota Youth Orchestra Inc

Southeastern Minnesota Youth Orchestras (SEMYO) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the artistic and personal development of young instrumental musicians. SEMYO realized its mission through rigorous music education program that includes five youth orchestras, chamber music program, summer music camps, and an outreach program at Riverside Central Elementary school. SEMYO has a membership of just over 200 students in grades 4-12 from throughout Southeastern Minnesota. Through its outreach and scholarship program SEMYO provides financial assistance for tuition and to support private music lessons. This also includes outreach tours to area schools and senior centers.
