SOUTH METRO HUMAN SERVICES

A non-profit agency serving adults with mental illness and/or chemical dependence in the Twin Cities.

At South Metro Human Services / RADIAS HEALTH we work every day to support low-income adults who struggle with severe mental illness and chemical dependency in our communities. We serve those who are hardest to serve.

South Metro is becoming RADIAS HEALTH.  Our "Full Circle of Care" tagline reflects our current variety of services, including our associations with United Family Medicine and Genoa Pharmacy Services. At South Metro Human Services / RADIAS HEALTH we work every day to support low-income adults who struggle with severe mental illness and chemical dependency in our communities.

All donations, like yours, are added to the Building Strength Fund and will be distributed across our programs to meet critical client needs. This fund was created by staff to support client-specific needs that wouldn't be met otherwise.

Funds collected will be distributed to fund client needs such as:

  • Community center memberships to improve physical and mental health
  • Public transportation needs to attend critical medical and mental health appointments
  • Housing damage deposits to promote living independently in the community
  • Air Mattresses and bedding items to assist in homeless outreach
  • Cold weather gear and clothing items

South Metro Human Services / RADIAS HEALTH is a non-profit agency serving more than 2,500 adults with mental illness and/or chemical dependence in the Twin Cities. Its dedicated employees represent psychiatry, psychology, social work, nursing, vocational rehabilitation and occupational therapy. We share the common goal of providing unparalleled service to the lives we touch.

We can’t do this work without support of our community and we thank you for your commitment to our organization and your empathy for the people we serve.
