Smiles Around Minnesota

Smiles Around Minnesota is a 501(c)(3), nonprofit organization, providing dental care services to underserved children.  Smiles Around Minnesota's mission is to increase access to dental care for children in need.  Our mission is accomplished by providing mobile dental care to under and uninsured children in schools and Head Start programs as well as teens and adults in Minnesota Adult and Teen Challenge and other recovery programs.

Smiles Around Minnesota provides a vital dental health service through portable care in Adult and Teen Challenge facilities and other recovery programs as well as in the comfort zone of the children's school programs.  Smiles Around Minnesota provides care for children ages 1 to 17.  The portable dental care provides access, which otherwise may not be available due to barriers many of the families face every day.  The barriers include: the need to take time off work, provide transportation, or provide childcare.
