At Six Elements Theatre, we strive to create new works dedicated to the extremes of the human experience. As a leader in Staged Violence and Intimacy, we’re committed to making amazing theatre that’s equitable and accessible for everyone.
We’re committed to making theatre equitable for those on the artistic side with conscious casting, equal pay, transparency, and scholarships to train in Intimacy and Stage Combat, as well as work to expand our leadership to similarly reflect our community.
For theatre-goers, we work to make shows available to everyone regardless of financial means. We strive to create new theatrical experiences that speak to the entire human race; not just one subset of white America. We want our productions to touch on something that anyone can identify with.
This year, we’re asking for help to fund our next theatrical production. In 2023, we had our first live in-person production since the pandemic, the world premiere of Merit Burgett’s Kill B: The Epilogue at the MN Fringe Festival. We are a small volunteer-run and led non-profit theatre company, and ticket sales cover only a portion of our costs. Each production costs between $5,000-8,000, and we try to produce 2 shows a season.
Our goal is $5,000; Which will help fund our next production.
$1,000 helps pay for venue/performance space
$500 helps pay for a production’s rehearsal space
$100-$200 helps pay an actor or artist stipend
$50 helps pay for a costume
$20 helps pay for props and other production elements
No donation is too small to make a difference! Give what you can!
