Shakopee American Indian Center Inc

We are a multi-tribal Minnesota Non-profit organization, founded in 2008 for the purpose of providing opportunities to Native and Non-Native people of all ages and backgrounds to learn about, participate in and experience American Indian culture through, education, participation and involvement.

We want to bring programs closer to the community by providing programs such as language, American Indian arts, and a dance troop for the students and young adults of the community.

We hope that by providing a fun opportunity to our students and their families to learn their language, drum, dance and/or sing that we will attract persons from every economic level to participate.

We are not associated with any specific tribal group, and receive no monies from casino operations or any other non-traditional source.
