South East Metro Sharks Swim Club

We are a nonprofit swim club located in South Washington County, Minnesota.  We provide swimmers of all abilities from age 6-99+ an opportunity to train in a supportive team setting.

The mission of SEMS is to cultivate a positive, safe, and inclusive environment of competitive swimming that is both challenging and fun, where we develop and reinforce good sportsmanship, work ethic, personal responsibility, and motivation for success. This year we are raising money for:

• A NEW VIDEO SYSTEM that records our swimmers' starts and strokes both above and below the water so they can have immediate and effective feedback on how they can improve!  
• This NEW VIDEO SYSTEM is essential in improving our swimmers' times through technique analysis, providing visual feedback allowing real-time adjustments in technique, setting training goals, and an excellent motivational tool. 
• NEW TRAINING EQUIPMENT for our basic dryland program for our Tiger and Great White Sharks that is in dire need of replacement.
