Saint Paul Civic Symphony

$7,500 Goal

For more than 80 years, the Saint Paul Civic Symphony (SPCS) has brought the joy, inspiration, and the transformative power of live orchestral music to the Twin Cities. Since our founding in 1945, we have reached well over half a million music lovers—and we remain committed to making exceptional music accessible to everyone.

Your support helps keep our concerts free, our audiences inspired, and our community connected through music.

Music for Everyone

The Saint Paul Civic Symphony is built on a simple but powerful belief: great music should be a gift to the entire community.

That is why our concerts are always free and open to the public. We welcome people of all ages, backgrounds, cultural traditions, and economic circumstances. By removing the cost of admission, we make it possible for families, students, seniors, underserved communities, and first-time concertgoers to experience the power of a live symphony.

Your donation helps make that possible. Help us keep the music free.

More Than Concerts

Each season, the SPCS presents six concerts featuring both beloved symphonic repertoire and adventurous contemporary works. Our programming reaches beyond the traditional concert experience through collaborations with other performing arts organizations, newly commissioned music, emerging young soloists, and regular performances of 20th-century and contemporary works.

We also believe in introducing children to the magic of orchestral music. Our interactive Children's Concerts invite young people to experience music in an imaginative and engaging way—with the hope of inspiring a lifelong love of the arts.

And through our relationship with the Nagasaki Symphony Orchestra, we use music to strengthen an international friendship and deepen cultural understanding between Saint Paul and Nagasaki, Japan.

If you aren't able to give right now, please come to a concert and bring someone with you. Your presence is also part of what makes our music community thrive.

Visit spcsmusic.org for our concert schedule, upcoming performances, and opportunities to support the Saint Paul Civic Symphony.

Thank you for believing in the power of music—and for helping us keep that power available to everyone.
