Dear Music Lovers,
Saint Paul Civic Symphony is celebrating its 80th Anniversary as the area’s premier civic symphony providing free concerts in Saint Paul and the greater Twin Cities community. We estimate over our 80-year history we have reached well over half a million music lovers! Our performances are geared for all ages, cultural traditions, and economic means. Whether you are looking for moments of joy or a sense of inner peace that the exceptional performance of music sparks, then attending and supporting the Saint Paul Civic Symphony is for you!
Founded in 1945, the SPCS performs both standard symphonic repertoire and new contemporary music. Always admission free and open to the public, SPCS concerts support the musical growth of local performers, soloists, composers and audience members. The 6-concert season includes three concerts at Landmark Center (Fall, Winter Carnival, and Mother’s Day), a concert on the west side of Saint Paul, another in a suburban location, and an interactive Children’s Concert in partnership with the artists of ArtStart.
If you're able to participate in our fundraising initiative, we would truly appreciate your help. But even if you can’t give right now, we’d love to have you attend a free concert. Just visit our website at spcsmusic.org and choose.
No matter what, we are grateful to have you as part of our music community!
Sincerely,
Jeffrey Stirling, Music Director
