Safe Passage for Children of Minnesota believes that all children have a right to live and a right to be safe in our state. Since 2015, there have been at least 88 Minnesota children murdered by their parents or caregivers as a result of child abuse or neglect.
These children did not need to die. Their deaths were preventable.
