Since its inception in 1968, Rural Minnesota CEP, Inc. (RMCEP) has been the leader in delivering workforce development services in north central and west central Minnesota. The Workforce Advancement Fund will allow RMCEP to expand services to clients who have employment and training needs, but do not qualify for current programs.  Every year RMCEP serves an average of over 7,000 enrolled clients and has an average of over 80,000 visits to the eight WorkForce Centers located within its service area. Currently, RMCEP has a return on investment of $1.90 for $1 spent. 

The goal of the Workforce Advancement Fund is to use the interest income from the money that is raised for direct client services, leverage additional funds and expand funding opportunities.
