Roseville Area Wrestling Booster Club

The Roseville Area Wrestling Booster Club is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization (EIN 992253238), run by volunteers to support youth in the sport of wrestling and the wrestling programs and school teams of the Roseville area. Please visit our website at Rosevillewrestling.org to learn about the program. Wrestling promotes great sportsmanship, academics, competitive success, personal development, and team-building. In addition, the sport instills life skills of work ethic, mental toughness, competitive spirit, responsibility, self-discipline, goal orientation, and confidence. These character strengths will benefit our wrestlers beyond their time on the mat and into their adult lives. 

Over the last several years, Roseville Area High School’s wrestling program has more than doubled. In particular, the number of girls in our high school and middle school wrestling programs has been growing almost exponentially. One of our girls placed 3rd in state this year and another competed at USA Wrestling Nationals. We also offer wrestling programs for elementary-aged youth through Roseville Recreation. Your support will help in many ways, including:

• Purchasing wrestling equipment (shoes, uniforms, headgear, new mats). In particular, new mats provide essential cushioning needed for safe competitions but are cost-prohibitive for the school alone
• Providing cost-effective or free summer training opportunities for Roseville wrestlers
• Expanding opportunities for our young K-6 wrestlers, who will feed our middle and high school teams
• Building a stronger high school wrestling program by providing more coaching, wrestling opportunities at tournaments, and more rewarding experiences both on and off the mat

Sponsors can choose from several levels of donations:

Sponsors, depending on level, will be thanked by a combination of: a sponsors banner in Roseville Area High School (RAHS) gym for the winter, business highlight in wrestling program and a thanks by the announcer at home competitions, a feature on Roseville Area Wrestling website and social media posts, a team photo for sharing in place of business, or an item of spirit wear apparel (see reverse for details).
