Rosendo and Charlotte Elizondo Charitable Foundation

                                                                                             Our core mission is to actively engage with, inspire, and provide support to charitable organizations dedicated to alleviating human suffering, spanning areas such as disease, racial prejudice, poverty, and homelessness. Rosendo and Charlotte Elizondo, an extraordinary couple who nurtured nine children in the heart of Minnesota. Rosendo, a valiant WWII veteran, and Charlotte, a nurturing mother and cherished friend, have always been the bedrock of our extensive and close-knit family. Their teachings have instilled in us the virtues of hard work, respect, kinship, and above all, extending a helping hand to those in need. The blessing of a vibrant and flourishing family has ignited our desire to give back generously. This profound motivation spurred the establishment of our foundation, with the intention of amplifying our family's positive influence on the global community.

The Rosendo and Charlotte Elizondo Charitable Foundation, a well-established 501c3 non-profit, is dedicated to raising funds to support charities in alignment with our mission. Our foundation originated as a collaborative family endeavor aimed at making a meaningful impact on the world around us. Over a decade ago, we took the significant step of foregoing traditional Christmas gifts, opting instead for an auction where family members contribute items for bidding. The entirety of the proceeds is then channeled directly into charitable causes. As our family expanded and our fundraising efforts gained momentum, we realized the potential for even greater good within our local communities. 

In 2017, the Rosendo and Charlotte Elizondo Charitable Foundation was formally established. We expanded our annual auction to include invited guests beyond our family circle, resulting in increased funds raised for charitable contributions. Over the course of the past ten years, both our family and foundation have consistently donated the profits generated from this annual auction, along with numerous other hosted events, to causes that align with our mission.
