Rosemount High School Band Booster

The Marching Band at Rosemount High School is part of a comprehensive instrumental music program involving over 400 students actively engaged in six concert bands, four jazz ensembles, jazz improvisation, percussion ensemble, winter color guard, winter drum line, music composition, numerous small ensembles and a rigorous private lesson program. Several students from the Rosemount Band program have been selected for membership in this year’s Minnesota All-State Music Ensembles.

The Rosemount High School Marching Band is proud of their legacy of excellence while performing and competing throughout the Midwest region. Recent Honors and Awards include:

• 13-time Youth in Music - Minnesota State Marching Band Champion

• 15-time Bands of America St. Louis and Indianapolis Super Regional Finalists

• 5-time Bands of Regional Class AAA Champion

• 10-time Minnesota State Fair Grand Champion

• 2017 and 2019 North Star Circuit Winter Guard Class Champions

• 2017 and 2018 WGI Winds – Minnesota Percussion Association Class Champions

• Performed in the 2014 Rose Parade in Pasadena, California

• Performed in the 2017 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City

• Performing in the 2023 Rose Parade in Pasadena, California
