Rise Up Health Clinics is a nurse-led, non-profit organization. The organization operates the Bear Care school-based health clinic, located in White Bear Lake. This fall, Rise Up opened a second mobile clinic in St. Paul City School.
Our mission is to provide affordable, accessible health care services to children to improve health equity and educational outcomes. We provide no-cost services such as preventative care, sports physicals, vaccines, illness care, mental health counseling, and nutrition education.
During the 2022-2023 academic year, we provided no-cost health care services to 1200+ children!
Your donation helps support the health care provided to the community! Each year, we provide approximately $65,000 worth of health services at no charge to our patients and families. Thank you for your support!
