Rise Early Learning Center

Rise Early will provide high-quality early childhood education that is financially accessible to all children. Rise Early will offer play-based, anti-bias, early childhood education for up to 62 infants, toddlers, and preschool-age children designed to support racial, cultural, and ethnic diversity holistically and equitably.    Rise Early is a unique, non-profit early childhood education center that will be located in Rise on 7, a new 120-unit affordable housing development in St Louis Park.  Scholarships and childcare slots will be prioritized for children from families with fewer resources and those who are residents of the housing community.  The combination of affordable housing, visionary early childhood programming, and wrap-around family support services will provide the resources needed to maintain stable housing, enable individual family members to thrive personally, and break the cycle of poverty through the nurturing and education of the next generation.   Rise Early is scheduled to open November 2023.
