Ride-On 4 Carrie

The Ride-On 4 Carrie was created in 2014 in memory and in honor of Carrie Stenson-Hansen… Carrie was a long time fixture in the motorcycle riding and fund raising community, who was loved by everyone who had the privilege of meeting her. Sadly, she was diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian cancer in January of 2012.  Carrie battled fiercely for nearly 14 months, never losing her bright spirit and strength along her journey. Carrie lost her courageous battle fight in February of 2013, at the age of 51.  Her husband Troy Hansen, along with a group of Carrie’s friends and family, created the Ride-On 4 Carrie in her memory and to celebrate her legacy as being a truly beautiful and giving person.  

Each year, the RO4C hosts three fundraising events with the goal of directly supporting individuals and their families who’ve been affected with a cancer diagnoses.  They include  our ~Annual RO4C Spaghetti Dinner~in February, our ~Annual RO4C Golf Tournament~ in June, and of course our ~Annual Ride-On 4 Carrie Charity Motorcycle Run~ inSeptember. All funds raised from each of the Ride-On 4 Carrie Charity events are donated in Carrie’s name, to persons or families in the midst of their own cancer battle.

The Ride-On 4 Carrie Charity is a 100% volunteer operated, registered 501c3 Non-Profit.

The RO4C is proud to say that in 2024, they donated $147,400 to 4 “Cancer Warriors”.
