Richfield Leadership Network

Richfield Leadership Network (RLN) is a 501C3 nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening community connectedness within Richfield, MN. RLN has been a project of The Twin Cities Social Cohesion Initiative since 2022, and has been primarily funded through a grant from the GHR Foundation. As the organization grows through the development of collaborative projects and events, its Founder and Executive Director, BJ Skoog, is excited to expand the network of supporters contributing to RLN.
