We are happy to be partnering with South Central College again in their 2025/2026 year for a house at 3001 Twin Lakes Court in Faribault. Students learn practical skills while giving back to their community!

This is the house the South Central students are building.

2026 Plans

We'll be building four more units (two duplexes) in Northfield on the corner of Sumner and College Street. Each unit will have four bedrooms with one bedroom being on the main level for accessibility.
