Restorative and Mediation Practices (RAMP) strengthens communities by providing restorative justice and mediation programs that repair harm, resolve conflict, and build trust. We believe that harm can be repaired, relationships restored, and communities thrive when people have the tools, support, and guidance to resolve conflicts constructively.
RAMP serves Southeast Minnesota and the southern Twin Cities metro area, with a focus on Rice, Dakota, and Scott Counties. Since our founding, we have partnered with individuals, families, and organizations to prevent conflict, mediate disputes, and promote restorative practices. Our approach is grounded in respect, accountability, and collaboration, ensuring every voice is heard and every situation is addressed thoughtfully.
Mission Statement
Our mission is to strengthen and heal communities by providing accessible, inclusive conflict resolution and restorative practices through mediation, facilitation, and education. We empower individuals and groups to engage in respectful dialogue, repair harm, and resolve conflict constructively. Rooted in community volunteerism, equity, and collaboration, we work to reduce barriers to justice and foster a culture of understanding, accountability, and lasting positive change.
