Please support our vital work with Resilient Cities and Communities as we work with teams in 50 cities collaborating to implement high-impact climate actions by making a one-time gift or monthly sustaining gift of $25 $50, $100, $250, $500 during MN Give to the Max month in November.

Hands on Projects – Getting big things done with residents & cities!  

  • Protecting Our Lakes and Rivers with Fall & Spring Clean Ups, Adopt a Drain & Raking Leaves off Streets https://rccmn.co/water/

Peer Learning & Action - Connecting cities to implement projects together to scale up high-impact actions state-wide

  • County Clusters  We’re convening city, community & county leaders in December share ideas to strengthen their local Green Teams and explore applying for federal and state grants to implement high impact projects together for low-carbon, resilient & affordable, buildings transportation & energy systems. https://rccmn.co/county-clusters/

  • Making High-Impact City Climate Actions Easier – We’re reaching out to city, nonprofit, business & community leaders to work with the State Climate Goal Teams to learn from successful projects, develop strategy maps & funding recommendations for priority actions cities want to take https://rccmn.co/high-impact-actions/
  • 2024 MN Environmental Congress – We’re proposing to the EQB & partners to co-organize the Bi-Annual Event with concurrent in-person metro and regional locations with interactive topic sessions for state, county & city staff, nonprofit, business and citizen leaders to plan next steps to stay on track to achieve our state climate goals on time while expanding access to healthy air, water and green jobs.  https://rccmn.co/mn-environmental-congress/

City & County Indigenous Acknowledgement & Partnerships 

  • We’re linking local Dakota & Indigenous leaders and community volunteers with regional, county and city parks and open space planning to encourage respectful partnerships with Dakota & Indigenous led-initiatives to restore local Dakota Place names and habitat and expand ecological co-management & cultural/historical interpretation & programs https://rccmn.co/land-water-acknowledgement/
