PURRING FOR DOLLARS!

Purrs -N- Paws is a small nonprofit 501(c)3 organization.  It consists of a handful of volunteers that rescue stray, abandoned, abused or neglected cats and kittens.  Though we are very small, we try to rescue as many as we can.  Rescued cats and kittens are kept in foster homes until they find their "forever" homes.  We place no time limits as to how long they stay with us.  We have had a few that have been with us for up to 3 years before they were adopted.  We strive to make each adoption a good match to ensure permanent placement.  Adult cats are feline leukemia/FIV tested, vaccinated, including rabies, dewormed, spayed/neutered and health conditions are treated to the best of our ability.  Kittens are also tested, dewormed, receive age appropriate vaccinations and are spayed/neutered if they are old enough to meet our vet's requirements prior to adoption.  Medical conditions are treated before being put up for adoption.
