The Husky Pack (Hamline Elementary PTA)

To explore and understand their worlds, kids should play, move, connect with others, and have new experiences. To support their exploration, the Husky Pack funds field trips, family and community engagement (including family nights), and supplies to support kids in the classroom and during recess at Hamline Elementary in St. Paul. Last year we funded 14 fields trips. This year we hope to create even more exploration in more ways!

Your donation can support a number of activities! Please consider giving at one of these levels:

- $10 provides one child's admission for field trip

- $20 provides one child's admission + transportation for a field trip 

- $50 provides recess equipment for one class

- $75 provides coffee for a teacher appreciation day

- $200 brings an interactive music performance to a family night

- $500 provides recess equipment for all classes

- $700 supports one family night meal

Hamline Elementary teachers and parents are bound together by the belief that our kids are worth fighting for. We are warriors who work tirelessly to heed the light, bring our children closer together, and clear pathways for them to reach their potential. 

Hamline Elementary is a PreK-5 full-service community school in the heart of the vibrant Midway neighborhood in St. Paul. Just south of the State Fairgrounds and north of the home of Minnesota United FC, Hamline Elementary is nestled in a bustling residential neighborhood which is home to dozens of unique small businesses, organizations, and a community of active neighbors. 

Our many community partnerships, including our decades-long collaboration with Hamline University, as well as our experienced, talented, and spirited staff ensure all students are well-taught and well-cared for. The community at Hamline Elementary is racially, culturally, and economically diverse, creating rich and beautiful opportunities for learning and friendship. 

We are a growing school that has been built by community and fueled by love; our strength is in our partnerships with community organizations and neighbors who invest in our school and provide meaningful connections for our students and families.  We are seeking to improve access and remove barriers to learning and engagement in our school and community; we are also providing pathways to services and resources that support families.
