Proctor Area Youth Baseball (PAYB) is all about giving kids in the Proctor and greater North Minnesota area the chance to learn, have fun, and grow through America’s favorite pastime. We believe baseball is more than runs and outs—it’s a place where friendships are made, confidence is built, and the whole community comes together.

Our Mission

We strive to instill values like sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage, and respect—on and off the field. Our aim is to provide a safe, supervised program of competitive baseball that aligns with the rules and spirit of the game, while keeping the focus firmly on enjoyment, growth and community. 

What We Offer

• A welcoming league for kids of many ages and skill‐levels (from Pre-K “Big Bat” up through 8th/9th grades) with a variety of divisions so every player can find their fit. 

• A community-driven board, volunteer coaches, and strong local support—because this isn’t just about baseball; it’s about community. 

• Annual events like the “Proctor Classic” tournament that bring teams in from around and give all our players a bigger experience.
