Individual advancement and community impact through youth success coaching
WINNING WAYS
Why success coaching? Because coaching develops competitive advantage! New Americans can become All Americans. Young people lacking supports at home can find guidance and advocacy. They can learn to work toward shared goals within shared rules. They can define success for themselves and execute a plan to attain it, experiencing the rewards of preparation and accomplishment. These are the "winning ways" that have motivated Yes, Inc. throughout its growth from a handful of concerned citizens to a professional service focused on developing next-generation leadership reflective of the changing demographics in "The Brooklyns." Through exposure to coaching from leaders in their community, our customers gain the knowledge and commitment to become coaches themselves. That's how individual advancement creates community impact! Our promise to the youth we serve is that you're not alone if you're striving for success.

SERVICE AREA
Yes, Inc. currently focuses on serving youth aged 15-20 and living, working or attending school in Minnesota's Twin Cities Northwest Metro communities of Brooklyn Park and Brooklyn Center.
HISTORY
Yes, Inc. began in 2008 as Pro USA, a culturally-focused volunteer effort by a group of Liberian immigrants living in Brooklyn Park and Brooklyn Center, Minnesota. Since then, the organization has expanded its focus to serve at-risk youth from all backgrounds. The group has organized such offerings as computer training, debate and media clubs, sports tournaments and scholarships, and free tax preparation.
In 2015, Pro USA's youth leaders, with guidance from staff and coaching from industry professionals, rebranded the organization as Yes, Inc. to emphasize its new focus on individual advancement and community impact through success coaching.
