Our Mission is to connect our community by creating spaces to experience the Arts in Stevens County. 

The PRCA is in its 21st year. We are excited about the new energies and ideas. We are working to rethink many aspects of the organization, striving to connect with more people and share our passion for the arts. For over 20 years we have been promoting arts, exhibiting area artists in our space, recently given the name 'Prairie Art and Gifts,' sharing art forms, and more! By donating to the PRCA, you are supporting a thriving art community in rural Minnesota. With your support, we hope to continue providing art experiences for many more years to come!
