PPL builds the hope, assets, and self-reliance of individuals and families who have lower incomes by providing transformative affordable housing and employment readiness services. We focus on two core drivers of poverty – unemployment and homelessness – and insist that every one of our programs deliver superior results. 

As we emerge into a post-pandemic economy, it's critical that  members of our community who have been hardest hit have housing stability and career opportunities.
