Pine Haven - A community of compassionate care.

Pine Haven was established in 1964 to serve the needs of area elderly and their families.  Pine Haven Community has evolved into a senior living campus offering short term and long term skilled nursing care, rehabilitation services for residents and the community, respite care  at Pine Haven Care Center and 24 assisted living apartments, known as Evergreen Place.

Pine Haven Foundation exists to advance the mission and vision of Pine Haven Community. In the past, the Foundation has funded significant building improvements and additions. The Foundation is currently planning for future expansions.
