We at Philadelphia Community Farm fill the need for values based community, by putting ours into action!

Throughout 2019-2022 we engaged in a leadership shift. . . Co-creating a Circle Leadership Model in action with Farm Residents, Community Partners, and our Board of Directors. 

With a core group of dedicated practitioners and supporters, we made significant strides in our 2022 goals! 

In 2023 we have actively entered our Administrative Phase as an organization. We will be meeting increased goals for local and regional impact, as well as solidifying cultural practices, organizational operation agreements, & general programming outlines.

We are thrilled by our transformation & impact for the year, and are excited to continue our growth into 2023.

It is possible, and imperative to reimagine conservation as a Whole Systems Network of practices with Community at the center!
