36% of youth who have been in foster care experience homelessness before the age of 26. 

With PERIS Hill, a first-of-its-kind model of supportive housing, our goal is to destroy that number. 

Located in downtown Minneapolis, PERIS Hill provides youth aging out of the foster care system with purpose-built, deeply affordable housing. In addition to housing, our unique model provides onsite support in the form of employment, education, mental health, financial, and basic needs assistance through program staff who are there everyday.

From a stable home and mailing address to job coaching, therapy, and budgeting guidance, our goal is to provide everything needed to help those aging out of foster care thrive.

That’s a lot. And as you can imagine, it costs money. We need people like you, who care for the youth of our state, to step up.
