'FLOAT THE BOAT
We want to raise money to provide free cruises on Albert lea Lake to grade school children and nursing home residents. We provide educational/historical cruises on Albert Lea.
The Pelican Breeze cruise boat is now in it’s eighteenth season. In the past seventeen years, over 45,000 guests have taken a cruise on Albert Lea Lake. The Pelican Breeze II has a seating capacity of 60 so is big enough to handle a bus load of people at one time. Also it is fully enclosed so can go out even if the weather isn’t completely ideal. The working paddle wheels and smoke stacks will give riders the feel of being on a Mississippi river boat while on Albert Lea Lake.
