PNC Midwest Rescue is a no-kill dog rescue. We focus on Pekingese but help many other small dogs in need.

PNC Midwest Rescue is a small group made up of volunteers. Although, we are located in the Minnesota, we rescue dogs from all over the United States and place dogs around the world. 100% of our donations go to the transport, medical treatment and foster care of our dogs until a permanent home is found.  Our purpose is to rescue and rehabilitate abused, abandoned, neglected and surrendered dogs.
